Print Publishing

The sponsor of the regional event this year was the Vancouver Aquarium. The goal was to create a printed calendar incorporating their look and feel using provided stock images. I was awarded a Gold medal for this project and was invited to participate in the Provincial Skills Canada Competition held in Downtown Vancouver later that year.

The project for this event was to create a printed poster that brought awareness to the troubles of the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. This area of the city has traditionally been rife with poverty and human suffering. I was awarded a Gold medal for this project and was invited to compete in the National Skills Canada Competition held in Waterloo, Ontario later that year.

I was invited to create the event ticket handed out to my graduating class to attend the Dinner Dance event at The Pan Pacific Hotel in Downtown Vancouver.
